Ich habe leider nichts mehr auf meine Info vom 17.10. gehört und habe mir jetzt den HifiBerry DAC+ Pro bei max2play bestellt.

Wer Interesse an ALLO Piano 2.1 und KALI hat und damit weiter experimentieren möchte, bitte eine PM schicken.

Werde mich gern gegen einen kleinen Obulus davon trennen wollen …

Ich hoffen, das es dann mit Hifiberry wieder funktionieren wird.

PS: Schade, Support stelle ich mir bei „Premium“ etwas anders vor. Aber der gute Wille war ja zu erkennen.

Ich habe noch etwas nachgeforscht und bin auf diesen Link gestoßen, wo ein Work-Around beschrieben ist:

Auszug aus dem Text:
„Allo has acknowledged a compatibility issue between Kali and the new 4.14.y Linux kernel. … The workaround is to set SoX resampling to 32 bit / * kHz in MPD config.“

Hier bin ich fachlich leider nicht so tief drin, als das ich dieses nun weiter prüfen könnte.

Wie ist das denn mit dem eigenen MAx2Play Bundle „RPi3B+ plus Piano2.1 und Kali“, was angeboten wird?
Da funktioniert noch alles?

Vor der m2p Image Installation habe ich den folgende Firmware Update für den Allo Piano 2.1 DAC ohne Probleme mit diesen Befehlen durchgeführt:

wget https://github.com/allocom/piano-firmware/archive/master.zip
sudo unzip -q master.zip
sudo rm ./master.zip
sudo cp -r ./piano-firmware-master/lib/firmware/allo /lib/firmware
sudo rm -rf ./piano-firmware-master

Vor der m2p Image Installation habe ich den folgende Firmware Update für den Allo Piano 2.1 DAC ohne Probleme mit diesen Befehlen durchgeführt:

sudo cp -r ./piano-firmware-master/lib/firmware/allo /lib/firmware

Ich nutze den Raspberry 3B plus und als M2P Image verwende ich die Version

m2p_stretch_rpi_v249.img mit 3,58 GB.
