Hi,
just to answer my own question regarding Plex: Plex always needs a client where the stream is sent to. So the client must be built in like a Plex app in a TV or e.g. a Chromcast device connected to an amplifier.

25. Januar 2019 at 21:24 #44186Hi,
maybe you could also try to test with another power supply and look what’s happening while connected via HDMI to a TV/monitor.

23. Januar 2019 at 23:32 #44103Hello fabien,
thanks from me, too – do you know if it is possible to send the output from plex to a hifi amplifier via audio cable from the raspberry?
Or is this a setup which makes no sense?I thought I could use Plex as an alternative to Squeezebox, but at the moment I don’t know how to get the music to the amplifier?
Thanks.

26. Dezember 2017 at 23:39 #33104Hallo Jono,

Markus26. November 2017 at 0:20 #32639Hallo Tom,

Markus25. November 2017 at 20:14 #32634Hello paud,
okay I try to give you a short overview:
List current mounts: mount -l
Have a look into the automount configuration file fstab: cat /etc/fstab (you should find the M2P mount at the end of the output)
Add a comment sign # to the line and save it (use the command: sudo nano /etc/fstab to edit the file).
Afterwards reboot and try to mount the share manually to see if you get any errors.
sudo mount <last line of fstab>Greetings

25. November 2017 at 17:07 #32632Hallo Tom,

Markus23. November 2017 at 23:16 #32612Hallo Tom,
ja das ist zu machen 🙂
Es gibt sogar mehrere Möglichkeiten:
1. Squeezebox Server für Audio und Kodi für Filme
Markus23. November 2017 at 23:01 #32611Hello paud,
maybe one more test could be to try to mount the share from another computer with exactly the same values you used on the Raspi.
Greetings
Markus19. November 2017 at 16:40 #32535Hallo Stefan,
Markus19. November 2017 at 12:41 #32533Hello dan,
I assume you want to use Squeezebox servre – right?
This is possible of course:
– you first Need to enable sharing on your mac and share the Folder with your Music to a specific user (if you want to have more security)
– then you have tp enter the correect values to you newly created share in M2P under „Filesystem – Mount“
– then you have to configure the newly mounted share in Squeezebox serverIf you need more Information just ask.

19. November 2017 at 12:30 #32530Hallo Patrick,

Markus19. November 2017 at 12:27 #32529Hallo Stefan,
Markus19. November 2017 at 0:34 #32524Hallo Stefan,
Hast Du dazu irgendwo etwas gefunden?Grüße
Markus17. November 2017 at 23:33 #32514Hallo Stefan,
Markus17. November 2017 at 22:28 #32512Hallo Stefan,
> schau Dir mal diesen Thread an: https://www.max2play.com/en/forums/topic/infrared-remote-for-max2play-rpi-squeezebox/
> Schau mal hier: https://support.hifiberry.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/201844731-DAC-Erläuterungen-zu-den-verschiedenen-Alsa-Controls
Markus17. November 2017 at 22:02 #32511Hallo Patrick,
Markus17. November 2017 at 21:54 #32510Hallo Heiner,
hast Du noch einen Tipp für mich?
Danke & Grüße
Markus15. November 2017 at 0:08 #32492Hallo Heiner,
Markus13. November 2017 at 23:35 #32467Hello,
that’s quite easy as there’s a plugin available for that. It’s called „Password protection“.
Everything you need can be found here: https://www.max2play.com/en/portfolio/plugin-password-protection/Regards

30. Januar 2016 at 0:09 #18256gute Idee, dann probiere ich es so – mit einer 2ten Karte ist es ja dann viel einfacher.
29. Januar 2016 at 22:56 #18252Das stimmt natürlich…
Schade
29. Januar 2016 at 22:10 #18250Hallo Bort,
Markus10. November 2015 at 23:38 #16840Hallo Heiner,
Man muss Kodi z.B.
Markus30. Oktober 2015 at 23:38 #16660Hallo Heiner,
Markus22. September 2015 at 21:27 #15774Hallo Heiner,
Mal sehen.Dank& Grüße
