Hi Gerold,
Which Raspberry Pi are you using? Also, with new install do you reinstall in the web interface?
28. Mai 2018 at 10:39 #35910Hi Scott,
This is not a known issue with Max2Play. Do you have any debug info logs saved?
25. Mai 2018 at 15:19 #35884Hi GumbyMan,
Is your music folder the same as when it was mounted in CIFS? If not, please check for special rights or permissions.
Alos, if you have a Stretch image running, please add
,vers=1.0
to your Options section (user=name,password=pass,sec=ntlm,iocharset=utf8,vers=1.0
)25. Mai 2018 at 14:08 #35883Hi bisesik,
The error is inconsequential and should not impede on your system and especially not on Jivelite.
Please try putting out Jivelite on another screen to make sure this is a global error with your installation.
25. Mai 2018 at 14:04 #35882Hi guys,
Thanks to stealz for the great tips. You can use our remote control plugin to access the console/terminal from any browser.
24. Mai 2018 at 16:35 #35863Hi Mike,
You’re right, if you installed LMS and some other plugins, this might amount to this much occupied space and the remainder should indeed still be enough for the backup to work. Could you try taking the original LMS‘ file again to rule out the file as a source of error?
Also, could you detail your current setup including active plugins and application so I can rule out any interferences?
24. Mai 2018 at 14:43 #35861It is still odd, that Max2Play occupies over 80 percent of the card. If you are using a Stretch image, your partition should have automatically been resized, same with newer Jessie images. E.g. in our 8 GB cards, Max2Play occupies ca. 32 percent.
24. Mai 2018 at 14:24 #35859Hi gchip,
Jivelite is our recommended solution for a graphic user interface. You can activate autostart to make sure the HDMI output goes to Jivelite immediately after initiating the desktop.
24. Mai 2018 at 14:17 #35858I checked and according to our documentation, it has to be 9,11 and 12 on the JustBoom chart in the P2 column.
24. Mai 2018 at 10:46 #35854You can try connecting the Squeezebox via ethernet to make sure that WiFi is indeed the cause of your playback issues.
If so, you can try various measures for better connectivity. Having the router closer by the Squeezebox, adding a WiFi antenna, etc.
24. Mai 2018 at 10:42 #35853hi gchip,
could you please share the details of both shares you tried to mount, so we can understand what the issue might have been?
24. Mai 2018 at 10:39 #35852Hi ahnyerkeester,
You can also try using WPS or automatic access point for connecting.
24. Mai 2018 at 10:38 #35851thanks for the feedback, we will look into the potential error and evaluate if it merits a general warning or info.
24. Mai 2018 at 10:37 #35849Hi Chris,
Should be fixed again for all Pi’s except Zeros with a reinstall.
24. Mai 2018 at 10:36 #35848If possible, you might want to try another BT device for pairing to rule it out as a source of error.
Also, make sure no other player is occupying the sound output device.
24. Mai 2018 at 10:33 #35847Hi bisek,
What power supply are you using and what other devices are connected to your Pi? This might be a power issue.
24. Mai 2018 at 9:42 #35846Hi Mike,
Your disk space is indeed very crowded for Max2Play standards. What size SD card are you using?
23. Mai 2018 at 14:41 #35840No problem, thanks for following up and letting me know it worked 🙂
23. Mai 2018 at 14:40 #35839Hi amigo,
Unfortunately, there are only individual self-made solutions with the wve input plugin for LMS at the moment.
23. Mai 2018 at 14:39 #35838Hello Mischa,
This discussion on mono output found a solution for Squeezelite. It’s for the DigiAmp+, but the general steps should apply to AMP2 as well.
23. Mai 2018 at 14:27 #35837Hallo Torsten,
Danke für die Info, wir werden dies schnellstens testen und, falls nötig, einen Fix für das neue Stretch Image veröffentlichen.
Was ist dein genaues Setup? (Pi, Image, Erweiterungen, etc.)
23. Mai 2018 at 12:57 #35834Hi amigo,
There is no direct solution for audio-in. However, there is the wave input plugin for the LMS that might help you along.
23. Mai 2018 at 12:53 #35833Hallo Greed,
Richte vorher alles, was Internetressourcen benötigt, ein.– Bluetooth
Mai 2018 at 16:07 #35818Hi Alias,
Thanks for notifying us. We are already working on implementing the fix. 🙂
22. Mai 2018 at 15:49 #35815Hallo Greed,
Danke für das Update. Wir werden dies prüfen und mit aufnehmen.
22. Mai 2018 at 15:27 #35813Hi OverloadUT,
Thanks for the detailed info.
I will try to recreate this and see if I can find the source of the error.
For now, you can try Update all Packages (apt-get update; apt-get upgrade): from our web interface in the Raspberry Settings.
22. Mai 2018 at 15:20 #35811Hi Van,
Just tested on a fresh image and both IP in brackets and name without brackets show up in my Network Lookup.
Please tell me your exact setup so I might find out what went wrong.
