Thanks. I would assume that updating every now and then max2play could keep me up to date.
I try what you suggest, but I’m rather sure I already did it yesterday.
Is there a way to avoid losing all my settings? I know I can backup LMS configuration, but what about all the other settings?Bye

Codename: wheezy10. September 2018 at 19:23 #37761I tried that (btw, by uninstalling the plugin, you mean to put the openHAB plugin on the inactive list and then reboot?).
I did it, reactivate the plugin, tried to install openHAB clicking the button but nothing changed. Same messages as before. Still no openHAB server active. Please let me know if I can try something else.
My Max2Play installation is quite old, but I updated regularly and so I did today.10. September 2018 at 17:11 #37755I managed to install those unauthenticated packages via ssh, but now if I click on the Install openHAB button I get this message and nothing changes.
OpenHAB (version 2) installation started

10. September 2018 at 17:03 #37753I have a Raspberry Pi3.
The user I’m referring to is the one on the myopenhab service which is mandatory to connect Alexa with openhab, right?
I tried again now to install openHAB server on my Raspberry but I got the same message again:OpenHAB (version 2) installation started
Installazione iniziata – questo messaggio si aggiorna ogni 3 secondi per monitorare il processo di installazione. Se l´installazione é completata, questo messaggio sparisce.

10. September 2018 at 16:10 #37748Hi, I really want to try this, but I can’t install openHab server.
I installed the add-on, created an openhab user but when I click on the button to install I get this messageWARNING: The following packages cannot be authenticated!
libassuan0 libksba8 libpth20 dirmngAnd I think that the installation fails.
29. Mai 2018 at 7:38 #35944Have you tried the cd player LMS plugin? It should let you to attach an usb cd drive to the RPI and play it through LMS. I saw it a while ago, installed it but never tried.
HTH,
Gianpaolo
21. September 2016 at 21:28 #23127Ok, maybe I solved it.
I ran the script again from
/opt/max2play/update_max2play.sh
The first time I got an error
`Copy custom header files
mkdir: cannot create directory/var/www/max2play/public/addons/squeezeplug': File exists
Then I copied that directory in another location just for backup and ran the script again.
The second time the script ended without errors. I rebooted and everything was ok.Hope that this helps someone else
