Searching around to try and fix this I’ve found numerous posts that Wolfson drivers do not work with the latest kernel.
Maybe this is the issue.You mention not having a real a card to test so I’m assuming you don’t know for sure it works with the current system.
I did aplay -l and got “ card 0: ALSA [bcm2835 ALSA], device 0: bcm2835 ALSA [bcm2835 ALSA] “ as the only card available so guess that confirms the drivers aren’t loading.So you have an older 3.10 version as I believe the wolfson drivers still worked with that.
28. August 2015 at 0:16 #15465Installed latest RPI_212 image and expanded SD card prior to Wolfson setup. No problems with out of memory or similar.
