    How can i ‚cast‘ or otherwise play music via the youtube music app on android and have it come out the max2play?

    related: How come the max2play doesn’t appear in the list of castable devices?

    I’m using it with a hifi berry (amp2)

    I, too, would like to know this?

    I have tried using All Connect app from Google Play Store and selected ‚browser‘ as the output, then youtube but got an error.

    Like vooose, can you cast youtube music or have the max2play device in the list of castable devices?

    Hi voose and tannaroo,

    Make sure the DLNA/UPnP plugin is enabled in the settings for the server to cast from any app supporting these protocols.

    YouTube constantly adapts their system and the AllConnect method is currently not working as far as I know.

    You can use Bluetooth to stream YouTube directly.
