gibt es eine Möglichkeit, diesen pcm2704 usb dac irgendwie zu integrieren? Bei piCore oder dem bisherigen squeezeplug-image funktionierte alles bestens.Weiß jemand Rat?

es sieht so aus, als würde immer noch ein IQaudIO-Dac als Soundkarte voreingestellt sein. Folglich kann auch dein USB-DAC nicht betrieben werden. Welche Einstellung kannst du unter Raspberry Pi Einstellungen sehen?
Welchen Raspberry Pi nutzt du? Es sieht so aus, als wäre es kein Raspberry Pi 2? Volle Unterstützung können wir nur dafür gewährleisten. Ich empfehle, über einen Umstieg nachzudenken und das USB-DAC damit zu betreiben. Stelle deine Frage noch zusätzlich in einem Raspberry Pi-Forum und erkundige dich nach der Kompatbilität des DACs mit deinem Raspi.Maximilian von Max2Play

die Sache lässt mir keine Ruhe. Ich habe den Pi samt des USB DAC pcm2704 vorher ohne Probleme mit squeezeplug genutzt, da konnte man den DAC auswählen. Das Gleiche sollte jetzt natürlich auch mit Max2Play klappen.
Ziel ist es, an einem Pi2 3-4 solcher USB-Dac anzuschließen und darauf über Multisqueeze mehrere Player zu simulieren.Habe jetzt alles auf einem Pi2 installiert, den USB DAC pcm2704 angesteckt und bekomme folgende Ausgabe bei dmesg:

Max2play auf dem Pi2 installiert, dann unter dem Reiter „Raspberry Einstellungen“ unter „Wähle Soundkarte, die beim Start geladen werden soll“ als Soundcard folgendes eingestellt: USB Soundcards (Northstar Essensio, Hiface and others)
Dann Multisqueeze als Plugin installiert, dort unter „Status instance“ und „Erweiterte Optionen“ die Soundkarte „default – USB Audio DAC, USB audio“ eingestellt, bei der zweiten Instance das Gleiche mit Card=DAC_1 am Ende.
Reboot. Fertig.Jetzt laufen auf dem Pi2 gleichzeitig 2 separate Player über zwei recht günstige USB DAC pcm2704 in ansprechender Qualität.

PS: Einen 3. USB-Port habe ich ja auf dem Pi noch frei (2xDAC, 1xUSB-Stick mit MP3), ich werde also noch einen USB DAC anschließen und eine 3. Instanz ausprobieren.

ich versuche ebenso ein „MUSE USB DAC PCM2704“ zum laufen zu bringen. Oben genannte Lösung scheint nicht mehr vorgesehen in der aktuellen Version von Max2Play und Squeezelite. Mir geht es ebenso wie anderen, welche das DAC bislang unter Squeezeplug problemlos als eigene Instanz konfigurieren konnten.
Nun fehlt wie beschrieben diese Soundkarte im Player Squeezelite und auch die obige Lösung kann nicht mehr verwendet werden, da inzwischen auch kein „default – USB Audio DAC, USB audio“ mehr verfügbar ist unter den Soundkarten.Also wieder das Squeezeplug installieren? Oder gibt es eine andere Lösung für das „MUSE USB DAC PCM2704„?

USB DAC sollte in der Tat noch eine Option für die Soundkartenwahl in den Raspberry Einstellungen sein. Bitte nenne die Optionen die du dort vorfindest falls dies wirklich der Fall sein sollte oder teile einen Screenshot deiner Auswahl.
