    Hi,

I’ve got a RPI4 with a ELO 1010L touchscreen which is working perfectly as a squeezebox client for my openhab system.

Now i want to use this setup as a control panel for Openhab. In several rooms there wil be this setup.

The openhab server is running at a 19″ server PC.
How do i setup the RPI4 to go to the web interface? Normally i’ll use a web-browser and go to 192.168.100.10:8080 but now i cant figure out how i need to do this on de M2P RPI.

Tried to install Iceweasel because i didn’t find it pre-installed.
    Got this after the installation:

    Hit:2 http://raspbian.raspberrypi.org/raspbian buster InRelease
    Get:3 http://ppa.launchpad.net/webupd8team/java/ubuntu trusty InRelease [15.5 kB]
    Ign:4 https://dl.bintray.com/openhab/apt-repo2 stable InRelease
    Get:5 https://dl.bintray.com/openhab/apt-repo2 stable Release [6,051 B]
    Err:3 http://ppa.launchpad.net/webupd8team/java/ubuntu trusty InRelease

    Browser installed.

But i still can’t find it on the Rpi. Also after a reboot.

    Hi Tiender,

It could be that there are problems with the Iceweasel installation with the Pi 4. We’ll test that. Apart from that you could try installing a different browser on the Pi. Then the web access of the Openhab interface should work as usual.

It looks like Iceweasel is no longer actively supported. We are taking care to offer a browser preinstalled again soon. Until then you could use something like Firefox ESR for your application.
