I’m using Max2Play since several years, using it for running Squeezebox Server which hosts my MP3 collection; the MP3 files are located at my QNAP NAS, and I have configured a mountpoint within Max2Play for accessing a share on the NAS via CIFS.
This worked fine for years, however, since some time (unfortunately I cannot identify the change in my system which caused this), the mountpoint gets lost approximately once a week. When I realize it (because my Squeebox player cannot access the MP3 files on the NAS), I open the Max2Play configuration; the mountpoint is still shown in the web interface, when I try to delete it, I get a message like „mountpoint not available“; I will then create it again, and it works – for a week or so.
Does anyone have a similar experience? Any hints how to solve this? Might a daily reboot of Max2Play help? If yes, how could this be configured?
I appreciate any help!
