    Hi,
I just burned a microSD card with your image for Raspberry Pi. It is running fine and now I want to feed it with media files, but the memory is much less than what should be left on the card. How is this possible?

    Hello Jared,

Your issues are probably caused by a not-expanded filesystem. The first step after you have burned your image and booted the device for the first time should be to expand your filesystem. Max2Play has an easy button for this task in the „Seetings/Reboot“ tab on your web interface. Just click and reboot as your first action on Max2Play, then you will be able to access all the memory on your SD card.

Hello! I have a similar problem. I´ve tried to expand the Filesystem by clicking on the button. But i only got an Error Message

The Message the system returns are:
    (I have translatet it)

    „Expanding File System: mmcblk0p6“
„Expanding of File System not possible. No valid partition found to expand“

can you help me? I don´t know how to solve the problem

    Hi kfth,

you need to unplug all external storages like USB-drivs and run the filesystem expansion again. The message you posted only occurs, if other filesystems then the normal SD-Card (or EMMC-Card) are found.

    Hi Flysurfer!

Thanks for your fast answer and your help!

The problem occured right now after the first installation. I have installed the system via Noobs-Installation.
I was not able to expand the filesystem even right now after the noobs installation.

I don´t have connected any other filesystem on the Raspberry.
I have mounted network storage area.
But also when i delete the mounting of the network location, the expansion does not work.

Here is the debug-Info from my system. can you see any fault there?
    I don´t have a clue…
