    Habe auf dem raspy3 nun schon 10 mal das update gestartet. Wird auch durchgeführt und oben angezeigt. Nach einem Neustart ist aber immer wieder 2.51 vorhanden und der Hinweis das ein update zur Verfügung steht. Hat jemand einen Tipp?

    Hallo Clown55,

    Wir hatten vor kurzem Probleme mit einem abgelaufenes Root-Zertifikat, welches sich auf die Lizenzaktivierung und Updates ausgewirkt hat. Dieses Problem sollte aber insoweit wieder gelöst sein. Bricht das Update an einem gewissen Punkt ab, oder läuft es durch? Hast du Plugins installiert, die sich auf die Verbindung mit dem Internet auswirken könnten (z.B. Access Point)?

    Update läuft durch und wird angezeigt als installiert. Erst nach Neustart ist alles zurück auf 2.51. Der 3er läuft nur mit Squeeze an der Anlage und hat Lan Verbindung.

    Hallo Clown55,

    Das klingt entweder nach einer defekten SD-Karte oder das Image hat einen Fehler. Kannst du evtl. ein frisches Image auf die Soundkarte brennen und damit das Update nochmal probieren? Wenn das auch nicht klappt, würde ich dir empfehlen, noch eine andere SD-Karte zu testen.

    Having similar problem – cannot update 2 of my Rpi2
    It shows 2.51 after reboot too

    Which Max2Play image is installed on your pis? With our stretch image, there should be no more problems with the update.

    HI – I tried again today and it worked
    I have old stuff 🙂 – „Raspbian GNU/Linux 8 (jessie)“
    I’ll try on next one
    oops – So i have to install a new image? …hmm not easily accessible .but possible
    Or there is a script I can download and run ?

    Tried to upgrade wheezy to jessie – now is dead cannot log in – it is/ was only available tru ssh or web –
    Looks like i have to make a trip and find it and connect a monitor and see what’s going on..etc
    It is an rpi2
    which image you recommend to install – If i need to do a fresh one?

    Hi kuky,

    To update to stretch you have to burn a new image to the SD card. You can find the image on our download page: https://www.max2play.com/en/max2play-image/
