How to unsubscribe from all emails from max2play?

This is nuts – I’d like to unsubscribe from all emails but can’t find how to do this on your web site.
Can anyone please tell me how to do this?

Thank you for your request.

What kind of emails do you receive from us that you cannot unsubscribe from? We don’t send out newsletters or the like. Only our magazine which is released 2-4 times a year.

I assume those mails might be WordPress-related? That you are somehow subscribed to some topics here, so that WordPress informs you of any updates? There should be an unsubscribe option at the end of these mails.

edit: Yes, I can see the topics and forums you are subscribed to in our backend. However, I cannot edit them. As mentioned, you should be able to do this by using a link from the end of one of these mails.

You need to remove the tick „Notify me of follow-up replies via email“ in the future to avoid getting more mails. You are currently subscribed to all the topics you started as well as the General questions subforum.

Thank you for the reply. The emails I get are from topics that I subscribe to but also topics that I have not (nowingly) subscribed to.
For the topics I subscribe to and get email notifications, when I visit the topic thread, there is indeed a ‚unsubscribe‘ button. Unsubscribing from those threads seem to work.

I get emails on topics/threads that I haven’t (knowingly) subscribed to. When I get the email there is a statement at the end of it:
„You are receiving this email because you subscribed to a forum topic.
Login and visit the topic to unsubscribe from these emails“

Yet when I go to the topic/thread, there is no link/button to unsubscribe (there is a subscribe link/button but nowhere can I see a unsubscribe)

So I figured that somewhere in my profile there is something selected that says: Subscribe to all forum threads or something similar…

Hi three_jeeps,

You can unsubscribe manually on the top left of the forum overview (Link), right above the topics.

If you click on your user name you can also see all your subscriptions and can click the small x next to each to unsubscribe individually.
