Backing up files on M2P

Hi guys
I was wondering if anyone backs up their audio files automatically if so how, what do you use.

I am currently doing the cut and paste method😱.

I’ve looked at Google but I think you have to use gdrive and I’d prefer to keep my stuff in-house.

I’ve just bought a Synology Nas. Reading a bit about it before hand I thought this might just work. But now I’ve got it, it seems complicated to set up. Too complicated for me. So if anyone can enlighten me, I’d really like to hear your comments. Thanks all
