Ok, apparently there is no installation from MrEngman for this driver.
Maybe this forum post will help you: https://forums.raspberrypi.com/viewtopic.php?t=264202 A similar problem is discussed there. You may need to modify the /etc/network/interfaces and /etc/wpa_supplicant/wpa_supplicant.conf files to make your dongle work.
