sorry no idea about your Bluetooth problem. Possibly out of range? Can your Fire Stick detect the PC?
For DLNA/UPnP I know only one app in the Google Play store that can stream the device’s audio to a Client. But even if you get it on to the Fire Stick, you need to root the Stick, because this function only works with root privileges.
