not activated

    Today I opened the Mac2Play Media Solutions interface for the first time in a long while. On the Setting/Reboot tab at top right I see:
    Version 2.52
    Raspberry PI 2
    Not Activated

    I followed these instructions:
    „To activate your license, an internet connection and the email address you purchased
    with in the Max2Play Shop are required. If the activation fails, please clear the email address field, save
    and repeat step 2 and 3.“

    But it still says Not Activated.

    What should I do?
