Fan speed control?

Hello,
I recently upgraded my Max2Play server to a rpi4, it seems run a lot hotter than the rpi3.
I have fitted a case with fan to keep the cpu temp down but the fan is a little noisy.
Would it be possible to have an addon to control fan speed relative to cpu temperature?
