Delete the license in the Max2Play interface and click „save“ with a blank field.
Click on „Settings/Reboot“ again, reenter your license and click „save“.
Check if the green „Activated“ field appears.

I have the same problem that phamd4, my address email can not be checked because the web page on my max2play device said me it have not Internet connection (!) while I have Internet connection from all other devices of my network. I followed your instructions and the problem remains
