Yes, the Squeezebox Server is running on the same device.
I did click the “Install Squeezebox Server Streaming” after the pairing of my Smartphone was successful (this DID NOT add the Bluetooth Device to Favorites) and I seem to be able to install it every time …
The Autostart in the Squeezebox Server Bluetooth Streaming Options is enabled.
