As i use a Meridian Explorer 2 which can play MQA Master Quality Authenticated music files i thought i would test and i pretty gobsmacked as they played back without any problems on a Pi3 setup

HI, I have meridian explorer 2 and M2P on raspberry pi. I streaming MQA content from TIDAL but Blue LED is not light. How do i set up Rasppbery or M2P, please?

I playing on Raspberry Pi 3 + 7″LCD with max2play and DAC Meridian Explorer 2.
I have account TIDAL HIFI and a streaming on RPi TIDAL with max2play.
Graphics GUI is freezing when I searching content on TIDAL.
The sound is unstable and you can hear the sound rupture or drop.Can you send me please:
– complet set up on Raspberry Pi
– complet set up max2playIs necessary set up RPi via SSH? What is login and password in to SSH max2play?

Unfortunately, we do not have any experience with the meridian. You can try contacting Eyerex directly to ask for his setup. He also has a YouTube channel and Twitter:

that I cannot control the volume with M2P. The Explorer has a digitally-controled
analog volume control on the headphone output, as I am sure you know, and alsamixer
controls the volume fine using that hardware control, but the volume `slider‘ on the
LMS page does nothing–ah, maybe the problem is that LMS can only do a sleazy digital
thing unless it knows what it is talking to–but it should certainly know about the
squeezelite client. What, if any, command-line options do you have set for
squeezelite on the M2P player page?thanks
