Thanks for your post.
I cannot assist you with this problem because your setup is very special and far away from the hardware Max2Play is adapted to and tested with, sorry. We only offer a default driver for USB-DACs that sometimes works and sometimes not. But nevertheless, try to go forward. Maybe somebody else has an idea? You could also ask for help in other forums for VMware servers and C-Media USB-DACs.
