We would like to show you two new sound cards that are now available in our shop:
With the new Revolution USB DAC, Allo undertakes the ambitious attempt to convince audiophile enthusiasts both through objective measurements and subjective sound impressions. Various setting options, such as the filter character, a switchable oversampling filter, jitter suppression and pop mute, as well as the adjustment of the second and third harmonics are supposed to please both sides. The heart of the Revolution DAC is the ES9038 chip, known for its high sound quality. It supports sample rates up to PCM 384kHz, DSD512 and uses 32-bit processing.
The HiFiBerry DAC2 HD is a high-end DAC of the next generation for the analog connection of the Raspberry Pi to an amplifier via RCA. A chip from Burr-Brown is used for the best possible sound quality. The DAC2 HD has its own ultra-low jitter clock and is therefore independent of the clock generator on the Raspberry Pi. The precise clock particularly benefits mids and highs, which leads to a crystal-clear sound. The DAC also supports the new optional DSP module from HiFiBerry.
